As per the World Economic Forum’s Future of Jobs Report 2025, about 170 million jobs are expected to be created by 2030, while 92 million jobs will be displaced during this period. The report notes that farmworkers, labourers, and other agricultural workers and light truck or delivery services drivers will see the most significant rise in the number of jobs over the years, followed by software and applications developers, shop salespersons, car, van and motorcycle drivers and nursing professionals.
