HDFC Bank has announced a significant update to its domestic airport Lounge Access benefit for credit cardholders, with new milestone-based eligibility rules coming into effect from June 10, 2025. These modifications will affect cardholders’ access to free airport lounge services, shifting from a direct swipe-based entry method to a more spend-driven voucher system.

Lounge access changes for Tata Neu Infinity from June 10, 2025

Domestic lounge access will only be available with a lounge voucher as of June 10, 2025.
Cardholders must use their HDFC Bank credit card to spend at least Rs 50,000 in a calendar quarter in order to be eligible. Some lounges may levy extra charges for specific services such as food and beverages (especially alcoholic drinks), as well as facilities like nap rooms, massages, or spa treatments.
Lounges may also enforce a maximum stay limit (typically 2–3 hours) to manage overcrowding. Longer stays may attract additional fees.

On international lounge access – HDFC Bank Priority Pass details

The Tata Neu Infinity HDFC Bank Credit Card-VISA variant Priority Pass will only be provided upon request from June 1, 2025. The primary cardholder and any additional cardholder may use the Priority Pass to jointly access up to four free international lounges annually (up to one visit per quarter). A fee of USD $27 plus applicable GST will be applied for each extra visit if the total number of free visits surpasses this cap.
