According to Passport India’s website, you will have to pay Rs 3,500 for fresh Passport/Re-issue of Passport including additional booklet due to exhaustion of visa pages (36 pages) of 10 years validity under Tatkaal scheme For fresh passport/re-issue of passport including additional booklet due to exhaustion of visa pages (60 pages) of 10 years validity, a fee of Rs 4,000 is payable.

For replacement of a Passport (36 pages) in lieu of a lost, damaged, or stolen passport, a fee of Rs 5,000 is payable under the Tatkaal scheme.
