The State Bank of India (SBI) is currently offering home loan interest rates ranging from 7.50% to 8.95%, applicable uniformly across all loan slabs. At Bank of Baroda, home loan rates are slightly broader, starting at 7.45% and going up to 9.25% for loans up to Rs 75 lakh.
Meanwhile, the Union Bank of India has one of the widest ranges, with home loan interest rates between 7.35% and 10.00%, applicable across all loan categories.
