Cancellation charges for confirmed tickets

If a confirmed ticket is cancelled online more than forty-eight hours before the scheduled departure of the train, minimum per passenger cancellation charges shall be deducted at the flat rate of Rs 240 plus GST for Executive Class (EC) and Rs 180 plus GST for AC chair.

If a confirmed ticket is cancelled online between forty-eight hours and up to twelve hours before the scheduled departure of the train, 25% of the fare is subject to the minimum cancellation charge plus GST applicable for all AC classes.

If a confirmed ticket is cancelled online within twelve and up to four hours before the train’s scheduled departure, 50% of the fare is subject to the minimum cancellation charge plus GST applies to all AC classes.
