Aadhaar issued to a resident foreign national comes with a specified validity period, which depends on their category of their residency. For individuals holding an Indian visa, including Long-Term Visa (LTV) holders, the Aadhaar remains valid only until the expiry of their visa. However, for OCI cardholders as well as nationals of Nepal and Bhutan, the Aadhaar has a longer validity of 10 years from the date of enrolment.
